34 year old female from miami 5 months after breast augmentation, breast lift and correction of tuberous breast deformity using an incision around the areola only. Smooth, round silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle, 286cc on the right and 213cc on the left. The pre-op pictures as a little fuzzy because they were taken at the wrong camera setting. After photos were taken 5 Months after surgery/procedure.

34 year old young woman from Ft. Lauderdale 6 months after silicone breast augmentation and breast lift using a lollipop type technique / incisions. Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants, High Profile 450cc, were placed under the muscle and then the breasts lifted using a lolli-pop type incision. The breast shape is dramatically improved and lifted. She is very pleased with the size and the scars will continue to fade over the remainder of the year.

35 year old woman from Weston, Florida 3 months after exchange of breast implants and a breast lift, or mastopexy, performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She presented with saline implants 350cc with marked asymmetry. The implants were changed to smooth, round cohesive silicone gel placed under the muscle. 350cc High Profile. A bilateral breast lift was also performed with some reduction on the left side. She is extremely happy with her dramatic results.

She has some minor asymmetry as she did pre operatively, however the implants will continue to settle slightly throughout the year. We only have the frontal photos as the others were lost due to a corrupted file.
